The paralegal is needed to join out busy, successful and expanding Wills & Probate Team.The role has come about for someone to join their team, with a wide of range of work to be taken on including the preparation and execution of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probates and Trusts.Client DetailsMy client are a 28 partner and 195 staff operating across the north west, aware winning law firm providing a full range of advice and services to clients. The office is based in the city centre of Leeds.The legal services they offer are:- Corporate Law- Commercial Law- Property Law- Commercial/Civil Dispute Resolution- Employment Law- Insolvency & Recovery- Family Law- Wills & Probate- Residential Property/ ConveyancingDescription- Be working well in a team of 8- Working on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Probates and Trusts- Daily admin tasks to support the partners and associates- Filing documents- Communicating with clients wellProfile- Excellent communication skills- Initiative and evidence of working pro-actively- Someone with wills and probate experience would be ideal but if not it is essential that you will be client - focused team player- An eye for detail- The ability to organise and prioritise your workload- A good/commercial understanding and outlookJob Offer- Competitive salary- Generous holiday allowance- Flexible working
