Pre-school Nursery Practitioner - Level 3 qualified Location: Halton - LS15Application Deadline: 10th November 2023About Us:Veritas Education is a vibrant and welcoming recruitment agency who are currently searching for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to become a permanent staff member over at one of our clients nurseries. The nursery is dedicated to providing the highestquality childcare and early education for children aged 2-5 years and have a dedicated team of professionals creates a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow which you could be part of!As a Level 3 Term-Time Nursery Practitioner, you will be a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to the children in our care. Your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support childrens development.
  • Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
  • Collaborating with parents and maintaining open communication about childrens progress.
  • Ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of all children in your care.
  • Record-keeping, including daily reports and assessments.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and good manners.
  • Contributing to the overall success and development of our nursery.
Qualifications and Skills:To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with children in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • A proactive, flexible, and friendly approach to work.
