Reporting to the Performance Marketing Lead, the Performance Marketing Specialist will join a team which plan, manage, and optimise budgets that drive over 50% of all bookings on the web platforms across our business. The Performance Marketing Team work in close partnership with Google, Microsoft, Facebook, AWIN, Skyscanner and many other keydigital partners; enjoying the numerous benefits of these close relationships.We are open to applicants with varying backgrounds in Digital Marketing, so depending on your expertise, you will plan, develop and implement large-scale campaigns across a select number of channels which sit within the teams remit: PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Aggregators, Affiliates and App. You will also work closely with other teams including Data Science, Content, Brand, CRM and Studio to make sure creative is consistent and campaigns are performingto an effective ROI.Key responsibilities will include:
