We are seeking to hearfrom individuals who share this passion and want to support Homes England in making a real difference to how housing is delivered within the country.Working with relevant stakeholders, the Performance Manager will lead on reporting improvement, modelling and data analysis including developing modelling, forecasting and stress testing capabilities. The Performance Manager will manage the preparation ofmonth-end/quarterly performance analysis and reporting, including data capture in performance reporting tool and analysis of variances against target, together with capture of movement intelligence.The Performance manager will also support business improvement activities, including the Corporate Resource Continuous Improvement Group and broader agency wide business improvement activities including Digital and Data transformation. This is an excitingtime to be joining our team, changes to the external environment continue to bring challenges and opportunities to support diverse communities and the levelling up agenda and within this role youll have an opportunity to make a direct impact on ensuring ourcultural values are embedded in each programme to support ways of working and the Homes England way. It is important this role can use Power BI to develop a suite of reports that supports performance reporting at all levels of the organisation and has advancedexcel skills enabling greater automation for standard reporting and ongoing projects within the teamA bit about youCollaboration, creativity, and innovation are at the heart of the way we work, and we believe in delivering a first-class colleague experience in a digital world. You will have strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy for senior stakeholders.A good working knowledge of how to effectively use data modelling and visualization software such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for the role.If you feel you have the skills, knowledge and experience we would be interested to learn more about you.Who are we We are the Governments national housing agency.
