Heres what the role entails:On a day to day you conduct comprehensive analysis of the incumbent companies workforce as well an ensuring the incumbent company complies with all relevant employment laws, regulations and employment practices.You will work alongside the M&A Project Team and your role will be to complete full due diligence within the HR elements, evaluating employee benefits and compensation programmes to identify any discrepancies and will identify HR related risks and liabilitiessuch as pending lawsuits, employment tribunals, employee disputes or non-compliance issues.
