Job Description

As a People and Culture Advisor you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide a proactive and professional HR Advisory service. This is a true generalist role, which will involve advising on key HR areas, including the employee life cycle, and leadingon a number of people related projects and employee initiatives.Client DetailsPage Personnel have partnered with a well respected Law Firm based in Leeds City Centre, who are looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join them on a full time and permanent basis.DescriptionAs a People and Culture Advisor you will:

  • Review policies and procedures and implement changes as required
  • Support with ER caseloads relating to absences, performance, capabilities, grievances and disciplinaries
  • Provide HR support to the HR Manager with Organisational Change activities and lead on employee initiatives that will enhance employee experiences
  • Support and coach managers with people & performance related issues
  • Manage the induction process for all new starters, and conduct exit interviews for any leavers
ProfileThe successful People and Culture Advisor will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR Advisory role
  • Up to date knowledge on Employment Laws and the ACAS code of practice
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail with experience of handling confidential information professionally
  • A CIPD qualification would be preferred but is not essential
