Take a look at the role outline and if you think you fit the bill, and want to work as a People Advisor within a team thatrewards performance, drives personal development and offers a great place to work delivering exciting projects, then get in touch!The People Advisor supports the PSSC (People Shared Service Centre) and wider People function with the effective, accurate and timely co-ordination and administration of people related processes and projects. Providing support to Group departments with employeerelations activity. Maintain high levels of confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations at all times. They will be comfortable handling and analysing large quantities of data, understanding business reporting requirementsWhat you will be doing

  • Deputise in absence of PSSC Manager
  • Handle large and complex datasets from SAP SuccessFactors analysing trends and metrics to provide business insight to inform decisions.
  • Verify the integrity of extracted data from SAP SuccessFactors, as well as liaising with key business stakeholders to rectify any anomalies
  • Support and lead, from a PSSC perspective, People Function project activity (e.g. Kickstart, TUPE)
  • Support with specialist areas, such Reward, Recruitment and Engagement, where required
  • First point of contact for Line Managers in Group Functions for ER issues
  • Ensure that ER advice to Line Managers in Group Functions is in-line with Company values, policies and procedures, HR best practice plus prevailing legislative and regulatory requirements in order to minimise the risk to the Company
  • Up-skill Line Managers in Group Functions by coaching them through relevant people processes
  • Analyse trends and metrics to provide business insight to inform decisions
  • Draft and maintain PSSC templates/ documents in line with changes to policy and process (working with Key Stakeholders)
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for PSSC Processes
  • Be the escalation point within the team for complex process queries
.Who we are looking for
  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
  • Project management methodology knowledge would be desirable.
  • Strong experience in HR Administration and Co-ordination
  • Strong experience in leading people/ delegating in order to deliver
  • Strong experience of managing employee lifecycle processes (from Recruitment to Leaver)
  • Experience of providing basic HR Advice in line with policy and procedures
