Job Description

THE COMPANY:Brewster Partners are working a with a thriving business based in the South Leeds area. They require an experienced, driven and hands-on Payroller to join the team.The role can be worked over part or full time hours. If you are available for an immediate start and looking for a long term role then this could be an ideal opportunity for youTHE JOB:

  • Run the payrolls across all of the group companies
  • Co-ordinate and process time-sheets for contractors
  • Systems improvements and intergration of newly aquired businesses
  • Processing all tax documentation including P45, P46, P60,and P11Ds
  • Real time information exchange with HMRC
  • Completion and submission of payroll year end
  • Pension administration, submissions and controls
  • Coding and processing payroll journal
  • Dealing with all employee payroll queries
  • Ensure Attachments of Earnings, HMRC and pension payments are made on time each month
  • Producing reports for the Finance Director
    • THE PERSON:
  • Solid experience within a hands on Payroll role
  • A positive and confident attitude
  • Team Player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Organised and accurate with attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Able to manage own workload while achieving internal and external deadlines
  • Sage experience
