Page Personel are recruiting for a permanent and part-time (32hrs) Payroll Lead position in Leeds. This is with a brilliant non-profit organisation who make a brilliant impact on the local community.The right candidate will have had full hands-on previous payroll experience and experience of dealing with more complex queries. We are looking for someone who will support the Payroll Manager and provide a lead to the Payroll Officer and the Payroll Administrator.Client DetailsThe organisation is a brilliant charity who have a fantastic impact on the local community. Their head office is based in East Leeds and offers free parking.DescriptionThe role holder will oversee and contribute to the processing of the monthly payrolls from start to finish, including processing starters, leavers and staff movements, overtime and expense payments, statutory payments, deductions, applying multiple termsand conditions from TUPE staff, exception reporting, generating BACS reports, month-end reporting, and calculating additional items such as holiday pay, SSP, SMP, SPP and issuing payslips.The role holder will also assist with pension duties such as auto enrolment and contributions. They will also provide an excellent customer service in responding to queries in person, phone and email and participate in regular supervisor and support of thePayroll Officer and Payroll Administrator.ProfileCandidates wishing to apply should:
