Job Description

Work for an excellent organisation in the non-profit sector as a Payroll Administrator. This position will involve working closely with the Payroll Manager, managing an outsourced payroll function.Client DetailsPage Personnel are working with a non-profit organisations with head quarters in Leeds.DescriptionWorking as part of the wider Finance Department, the successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Running a monthly payroll, ensuring the information administered is both efficient and accurate
  • The administration of childcare vouchers
  • Adhering to statutory compliance
  • Responding to any payroll related queries
  • Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider
  • Ensuring accurate deductions of benefits payments from payroll
  • Ensuring administration of multiple defined pension schemes
  • Report writing on both pensions and payroll related information
  • Deputise for the Payroll Manager when required
  • Other duties as required
  • ProfileCandidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
  • Previously worked in a payroll or pensions related role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to problem solve
