The strong values and ethos of both family and professionalism are very important to us.Payroll Administrator - The role:The role is to work within the existing friendly and flexible staff team on approximately 75 mostly monthly client payrolls, as well as contributing to the day-to-day operation of this busy office.In addition to this you will be responsible for: Processing weekly, monthly or annual payrolls, and related submissions to clients and HMRC. Autoenrollment, and re-enrolment, communications with Pension Regulator and pensions providers. Engaging with clients, in person, on the telephone and via email. Supporting the general operation of a busy office, and where capacity allows, other members of staff in the roles they fulfil.In order to be successful within this role you should have: Minimum of 3 years in computerised payroll, ideally with the use of Sage payroll Payroll and related pensions experience Good use of IT, including spreadsheets. Excellent attention to detail, and methodical approach Ability to undertake and complete work to a deadline, and manage all payroll timelines.
