Job Description

Payroll Assistant£13 per hourLocation: LS10 2QWIMMEDIATE START

If you have answered yes we want to hear from you!We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join a busy team in Leeds on a temporary on-going basis with permanent opportunities for the right person! The purpose of the role is to provide support to the payroll team ensuring records, financialsystems, reconciliations and tax records are kept up to date.Main duties:
  • Process monthly payroll for a range of clients
  • Liaising with clients to deal with any queries
  • Maintain and update all records, computerised or manual
  • Assist with day-to-day banking transactions
  • Prepare online banking templates for BACS payment submissions
Previous experience of working with payroll, sage and PAYE is essential!The successful candidate will need to be able to work flexibly and towards deadlines. Experience within manual payroll input and pension auto enrolment is desirable.Full time hours (37 per week)Part time opportunities can also be available£13 per hour paid weeklyLocation: LS10Interested Click to apply!
