Job Description

Role: Part Time Property Coordinator (Charity Organisation)Location: LS7Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours (10am-2pm core hours)Start Date: ASAPSalary: £28K (Full Time Equivalent)Office Angels are proud to be partnering with one of our fantastic Charity partners to recruit a part time Property Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.You will be reporting directly to the Supported Housing Manager and ensuring that the organisations residential properties dont stay vacant for too long. You will be building great relationships with referral partners, attending assessment interviews andassisting in the allocation decisions. Not only will you be an amazingly organised administrator, but you will also be compassionate with an empathetic approach to the work you do.Experience of working within housing/property would be ideal but strong administrators will also be suitable if youre willing to learn more about this amazing industry.To note before applying:

  • An advanced DBS is carried out on all successful applicants.
  • You will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (or be willing to add this to your policy if successful)
  • There are times of lone working with potential tenants when showing them the properties.
Brief Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire tenant pipeline including reviewing applications, attending interviews and assisting in the allocation decisions.
  • Writing communications about available properties and posting on their website and social media.
  • Building relationships with referral partners to ensure theyre aware of this organisations purpose and of how potential tenants can apply.
  • Gather all references for potential tenants, ensuring suitability along with all other administration duties to finalise their application.
  • Arrange and attend property viewings with potential tenants.
  • Ensure system is always updated with information for the tenants and the properties.
  • Other administration duties to assist with the wider team.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
  • Previous experience in an organised coordination or administration role
  • Confidence in using MS Office and Social Media
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload
