Qualifications for the above as wellas other outdoor activity qualifications are desirable (a discussion about changing days may take place for every school year).Planning and delivering the outdoor and activity curriculum in accordance with the individual needs of our young people is key and the successful candidate will need to take the time to get to know each one. This will promote personal development, well-beingand above all, offer a range of outdoor experiences.
