Job Description

My client, a successful Property company in LS1, require a candidate with secretarial experience to join them on a permanent basis. This role is varied across Secretarial and Administrative duties and will be office based with the possibility of hybrid working.This role will be based over 3/4 days.You will be able to audio type (or be willing to learn) and type up reports and valuations.Salary - dependant on sector experience £28,000 - £30,000

  • Secretarial and Admin support to a small friendly team
  • Audio typing
  • Completing reports
  • Main office contact for all enquires - both internal and external
  • Credit control and accounting in liaison with accounts
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Managing 6 email inboxes
  • PA duties to two heads of department as required
  • Fire Warden and Health and Safety duties
  • ISO 9001:2015 audit duties
You will be IT literate and able to handle multiple projects at once.
