Job Description

Part Time BookkeeperOur client a well established maufacturing company based in North Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced pert time Bookkeeper. Based in modern offices you will be working in a small team and working alongside a part time finance assistant.To be successful in the role you will need to have experience within a similar role and be organised with good IT skills.As Bookkeeper you duties will include:

  • Producing payroll information four weekly and monthly
  • Calculating pensions, dividends, commission payments and death in service
  • Petty cash
  • Accounts, purchase/sales ledger/ bank reconciliation/invoicing/credit control/VAT returns/ budgets
  • Year end processes
  • Deal with accounts queries
  • Raising credit notes
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports
  • Monitoring the clocking in hours of the production staff
  • Travel and bookings
  • Support the senior team
  • Hr administration
  • Company post
