Job Description

We are looking for someone that has experience working in an IFA environment to provide a first class administration and Paraplanning support service to Financial Services Consultants, where you will be meeting and exceeding the expectations of the clients.Responsibilities:

  • Producing suitability reports for new business and writing client review letters
  • Investment and product research
  • Putting together client review packs
  • Processing new business
  • Investment switches/withdrawals/top ups etc
  • Dealing with clients by email and telephone

Requirements
  • You must have previous experience in a financial services administration environment; some supervisory experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • Adviser office competency highly beneficial
  • Familiarity with Standard Life, Funds Network, Scottish Widows, Old Mutual providers is important
