Job Description

Paint SprayerCompetitive Salary Full Time - Permanent08:00am-04:30pm Based in LeedsOur client is a leading Plating and Coating services across the UK, they supply advanced surface treatments and metal finishing to a wide range of industrial applications. They are looking for a Paint Sprayer to work with customer components ensuringthat all workmanship is completed to a high standard of quality and completed in a timely manner in line with customer expectations. Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or engineering company.Paint SprayerJob Description

  • To ensure efficiency and quality are maintained when spraying customer components
  • To understand customer requirements, in respect of marked up drawings
  • To ensure a timely manufacture, dispatch and delivery of products to customers.
  • To ensure/Follow all Process Control Sheets to ensure they are understood, completed, and signed.
  • To ensure all customer directions are followed, from Drawings or DBIs.
  • To ensure that the quality system is adhered to, to maintain ISO9001.
  • To maintain and comply with the company Health and Safety Policy, including the control of hazardous substances
  • To ensure all Environmental aspects of your process adhere to the company ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation
  • To ensure all Environmental aspects of your process adhere to the company OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety accreditation
Paint SprayerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
  • Ability to follow written instructions and keep records
  • Ability to complete internal Process Control Sheets
  • To be able to understand customer requirements in respect of marked up drawings
  • Proven experience in spray coatings
Paint SprayerDesirable Skills/Experience/Qualification
  • ICATS accreditation or similar industry recognition an advantage.
  • Experience with paint application to Oil and Gas components.
