About itch..itchs mission is to become the lifelong 360 pet wellness experts. Unique to the dog or cat itch navigate the dog or cat through their life with timely/relevant information, digital services and delivered physical well-being products. Whatever breed, lifestage or therapeutic condition, we help navigate pet parent-ship.Founded in 2019 itch is now close to a £1m month run rate with over 125,000 pets (customers!) and gross margin of >75% and has built a brand based on a bold, genuine and kind-hearted foundation; really differentiated from clinical incumbents.In Q1 2021 itch deployed tactics designed to increase AoV and customer engagement through Video Vet, Pet Insurance and broader nutrition, supplements and treats for Dogs and Cats; all aligned to the mission of becoming the lifelong 360 pet wellness experts.About the role:Reporting to Itch s Head of Performance your purpose is to own and acquire the right quality customer.You will be working within our newly created Performance team to plan, create and optimise our Paid Media campaigns across our existing platforms. As we enter an exciting new stage in our journey youll also have the opportunity to test, evaluate and introducenew platforms.This will be a hybrid role and will involve working in the Leeds HQ (Pet friendly office!) and working from home.Main Responsibilities will be...

  • Manage and work with our Paid Search and Paid Social agencies to build engaging campaigns in line with both our trading and marketing calendars.
  • Own and optimise the performance of our Facebook, Insta and Programmatic activity in line with the companys goals.
  • Build out testing plans for each channel, use data and personal experience that can be fed back to the brand team to optimise creative across all platforms.
  • Liaise with our feed provider to manage, optimise and maintain the feed that fuels our dynamic activity.
  • Launch new platforms over time, using forecasting skills and experience to develop testing and onboarding plans.
  • Run our PPC account structure alongside our agencies and the Finance team to run well thought out tests that will feed into the performance of the wider Performance team.
  • Liaise with all relevant internal teams to produce both short and long term forecasts that will feed into the overall business plans and that will ensure the optimal allocation of budget within the channels and platforms.
  • Manage and own the existing audience segmentation within the Paid Media channels whilst also working with the CRM team to identify new opportunities.
What we are looking for..
  • Ideally a graduate with 3+ years experience in creating, managing and optimising paid campaigns across mainstream programmatic platforms including DV360/GDN,or Adform
  • Experience of managing or overseeing Facebook and Instagram paid activity.
  • Has experience of managing relationships with agencies
  • Hands on experience with ad trafficking, and can interrogate campaign set-ups to identify potential issues and deploy changes accordingly.
  • Experience of working with affiliates.
  • A person who is happy to challenge the norm and generate ideas that can be tested to prove a theory. You wont be afraid to fail and learn fast.
  • Someone who has a feel for numbers and can turn complex reports into actionable and easy to communicate plans.
  • An excel obsessed person! Hands on experience with Google Analytics is a must
  • Good communication skills as working with internal teams and external providers is central to the success of the role.
