aid Media Manager - Paid Social, Display, Aggregators & Affiliates£50k-£65k + Bonus + Pension + HealthBased in Leeds city centre with flexible workingOur client is a retail brand and they are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager focusing on Paid Social, Display, Aggregators & Affiliates. Working closely with the Head of Digital and the wider team you will be responsible for delivering paid digitalmarketing campaigns across range of paid media channels. They are looking for someone who is a passionate about paid advertising and someone who is analytical. Someone who has ideas and is keen to explore new channels.Key AccountabilitiesDeveloping and implementing paid media campaignsManaging multiple daily campaigns to deliver target number of customers/sales within agreed budgets and ROASContinually optimising campaigns through the test and learn approach, including testing new platforms and ad formatsProviding analysis and recommendations across all elements of the campaignsMaintaining a high level of understanding of new/beta features and new advertising opportunities across all platformsYou will have day-to-day accountability for decisions around the paid media budgets and will be required to adapt strategies to deliver customer sales targets.Skills and ExperienceStrong background managing at least one of the channels which will be involved in this role. It is not a requirement to have experience across all channels.Proven track record of managing multi-million-pound Paid Media accounts.Working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders with the ability to be agile when faced with change.Possess strong leadership qualities, with experience managing a team of specialists and be seen as the go-to person within the team.Have a positive, can-do attitude and remain calm under pressure.Strategic, forward thinker, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.You have experience building out digital marketing strategies and overseeing their delivery with attention to detail and an inquisitive approach.
