The business is renowned for offering exceptional customer service standards in its stores and have a reputation for treating their employees exceptionally well, whilst being focused on internal development, bringing talent through the ranks.The role of operations manager will oversee all back of house functions within a store that has a turnover in excess of £15 million per year. You’ll be part of a management team who focus on replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management,health and safety and store administration. This role would suit a manager who enjoys the operational aspects of running a business retail unit.The ideal candidate will come from a retail background and have had exposure to working in a back of house environment. You’ll be an experienced people manager who has a natural leadership style that can motivate their team to deliver the world class customerservice standards that are expected within the business.In return they are looking to pay a salary of up to £29,000 and a performance related bonus of up to 12% of your salary. You will also be given the autonomy to make decisions within your department that you wouldn’t necessarily get elsewhere. The companyis always open to new ideas and will give you the chance to put these into practice.
