Operations DirectorLeeds£75,000 - £85,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Share Options + Vehicle + Pension + HolidaysDo you come from an engineering background and have experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in an operational management roleAre you looking for a new challenge that will allow you to leave your mark on a specialised business that is going through an exciting new period of growthBased near Leeds this company is already a leading player in the wastewater and biogas industries and is now in the process of expanding a new side of the business that is already involved in high-value process plant projects as well as O&M contracts for majorfacilities including one of the largest FMCG sites of its kind in Europe.In this role you will be working closely alongside two other directors to unify and oversee all of the functions of the business covering things such as engineering design, project delivery, contractor management, client relations and business development.You will play a key role in steering the business as it continues to grow and you will have significant autonomy in your role.The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on engineering background (either Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil) where they have previously been involved in maintenance, project delivery or plant construction. They will need to have advanced in theircareer to have worked in a Manager or Director-level position focusing on operational management.
