Job Description

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week)Temporary Ongoing£22,308 per yearWe have an exciting opportunity to join our nationally recognised client on a temporary ongoing contract helping out with general administration tasks.The ideal candidate will be immediately available.Main tasks:

  • Data input
  • Filing and photocopying
  • Updating spreadsheets and databased
  • Providing customer service
  • Sending emails
Skills required:
  • Customer service
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under own direction
  • Flexible and adaptable
