We class our Core employers as a partner that has more than 5 sites and offersthe potential for a number of job outcomes (vacancies to be filled by our programme participants) across more than one geographical region. The National Employer Relationship Manager will hold the relationship with the key decision maker within the Core employerat a national level, such as National Recruitment Manager, HR Manager or Head of Recruitment & Talent.They will act as the first point of contact for any incoming Core Employer leads and will make decisions around which of our Welfare to Work Programmes and Employer Engagement Teams this lead should be passed to. This is not an exhaustive list, and The NationalEmployer Relationship Manager will be expected to carry out any other duties as may be specified by their manager from time to time. This profile is non-contractual.Key accountabilitiesThe National Employer Relationship Manager will have no direct line management, however strong relationship building is critical to the success of this role; as they will need to build strong internal and external network with both our own internalsales/management teams, our Supply Chain Partners and other Prime providers working alongside Reed in Partnership on the Restart Scheme.Working with our Management Information Teams, this role will play an integral part in creating Employer Centric tools to clearly direct all co-members to the process for working with our Strategic Key Employer Accounts, ensuring the Employer experienceis a firm priority.The key roles & responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for incoming Employer leads to the business
  • Account Management of key Employer Accounts from a National Level to ensure consistency in delivery across multiple geographical areas. Ensuring Reed in Partnership is delivering to all sites where possible
  • Main point of contact for Employer complaints, with responsibility for investigating and ensuring satisfactory complaint resolution
  • Analyse and create a strategy around the core Employers Reed in Partnership are working with and those delivering volume outcomes. Create development plans for these Employers, ensuring the sales team are maximising on all opportunities and developing relationshipswith key contacts across multiple geographical areas
  • Be the main point of Contact for other Prime providers (our direct competitors) on the Restart contract. Attend Employer focused meetings on behalf of Reed in Partnership, identify and drive Employer relationships across all Contract Provision Areas forthe Restart Scheme.
  • Sharing opportunities born out of Reed in Partnerships Relationship with Prime providers in other areas and gaining leads or vacancy opportunities from other providers that will benefit Reed in Partnership.
  • Working closely with the Sales teams across all of our current Welfare to Work programmes, who will be responsible for managing Employer relationships on the ground and feeding back any issues that may be preventing them achieving outcomes.
  • Working closely with The Head of Business Systems to data cleanse Orion to prevent duplications and allow the business to clearly identify Account Managed Employers.
Skills & experienceEssential Attainments:
  • Experience of working in a performance target driven environment.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in IT and a good grasp of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint specifically
  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.

Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience of the administration or delivery of recruitment or assessment processes.
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-function service delivery team.
  • Technical skills including good knowledge of labour markets, knowledge of employment legislation governing recruitment practices, analytical ability to use intelligence to maximise on business opportunities.
  • Experience of working in recruitment, publicly funded services, or other similar sectors.
