Our client is a creative agency based in Leeds and have been working with brands large for over a decade. They help their clients communicate with brand strategy, creative design, digital, communications, marketing and more. They have a range of well-known clients and are looking to recruit a MW graphic designer to join the team asap!Graphic Designer Our Ideal candidate;They require an established creative designer that can work projects from start to finish - they’re still a small outfit and you will need to be able to roll your sleeves up even for the nuts and bolts. You will be a good communicator, have a strong work ethic and not be afraid of working late hours to get the job done. An ability to be able to conceptualise and artwork is a must.MW Creative DesignerCore responsibilities;The role is for an all-round creative with strong experience of designing for a variety of media. As with most agencies, digital media is more and more common and you will need to be familiar with this. You will also be able to design and manage projects from concept to completion on a wide range of creative projects. Whilst there is a strong onus on digital there will also be the chance to be involved with art direction, photography, branding and print too.Creative Digital DesignerRequired Skills:• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and design excellence• Visual ability, creativity and originality• Accurate and have an eye for detail• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Web & 3D would be good but not essential.• Ability to multitask• Approach all creative with a collaborative mindset and organised workflowWhat’s in it for you apart from an amazing job opportunityThis is the chance to get your foot in the door of a highly creative agency with big aspirations.
