Job Ref: SR-907Mobile Occupational Health Technician Location: Yorkshire - Leeds, Bradford and SheffieldJob Type: Permanent - Full TimeOccupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a mobile occupational health technician based in Yorkshire - Leeds, Bradford and Sheffield on a full time permanent basis. This role will involve driving a mobile screening unit across the region as required.It is likely you will stay away from home some nights of the weekThe main duties of the role include:- Undertaking health screening procedures in accordance with company protocols. These screening procedures may include general baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis- Carrying out Drug and Alcohol testing- Carrying out fitness for work medicals- Health surveillance screening including audiometry and lung function testing- Health promotion activities- Ensuring all medical information is accurately recorded- Ensuring all equipment is serviceable, clean and fit for purpose- Providing support to the whole Occupational Health team in helping the department to run smoothly and effectively- Undertaking additional tasks as requested- Being an active member of the Occupational Health team and promote a positive working environmentThe technician works to support the OH team in their duties and ensure that all information is accurately gathered and recorded.This will be a full time role, 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm.- Diary and routes are planned approx. 12 weeks in advance - You must have space for the mobile medical unit at home - £25 subsistence paid for each overnight stay - Fuel card provided, Accommodation Provided Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 + 25 days Annual Leave, Health Cash Plan
