Are you a Midweight Designer who loves to create beautiful, eye-catching digital and conceptual designAre you looking for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning agencyThis dynamic full-service agency are looking for an outstanding Midweight Designer, with the passion and ability to confidently take on a brief from start to finish to generate innovative digital design and artwork that excites, and sets the vision across awide and varied portfolio of clients and sectors.We are looking for someone to confidently translate ideas and insights into innovative design concepts that excites, sets the vision and brings them to life across a wide range of clients and sectors across some of the UKs biggest brands!Excellent organisation skills, managing deadlines and offering design solutions are key to the success of the role, along with a genuine passion for branding, typography, and digital design!Essentials

  • Proficiency in a range of design techniques including Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, illustrator, In-design and acrobat XD
  • A creative mind, with the natural enthusiasm for storytelling
  • The confidence and ability to articulate and present creative ideas to your team and clients, and to challenge to drive an improved outcome
  • Previous experience within an in-house design team or agency environment
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a high standard of work, with eye-catching and provocative design to illustrate the potential of the work across branding, digital design and print
  • The ability to think creatively and clearly
  • The offer of alternative practical design routes to inspire fresh thinking to achieve results
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills
  • A natural creative flair and a superb eye for detail
  • Excellent understanding of graphic design principles: typography, colour, layout and composition
  • Creative ambition and ability to look beyond the obvious
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
