International clients, Branding and creative agency, Leeds City Centre, Remote working opportunities, digital and print, packaging, campaign, creative team, progression, 33 days holiday (inc bank holidays)Were working with an award winning communications agency with offices in Leeds, Manchester and London seeking a skilled middleweight graphic designer to join their prestigious creative team.Established in 1999, and based in stunning modern offices on the docks, this agency have a very impressive and ultra varied client list from ALDI and BrewDog through to National Museums and the NHS. They also work with lots of animation studies and boutique fitness brands too. Role Lots of branding and campaign roll out across print and digital Reporting to the Design Director, and working closely with 2 seniors and a junior creative. The ideal candidate will become part of our design studio and work closely with our Creative Account Management team.Youll need a hunger to improve and develop as a designer (they can help with that!) and be able to give and take constructive criticism about your work, and the work of others around you. Thats important, because right across the agency, and across all types of projects, we want to foster a sense of active creative collaboration so that we can a) make the most of the talent we have in the agency and b) make the work the best it can be.In terms of the work itself, well want you to have strong typographic/layout skills and a highly creative approach to all aspects of design including both print and online.Designing for digital will include web banners, emailers and creating the UI for websites and microsites Requirements You are an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing your conceptual ideas and passion for designA minimum of 5 years experience working within an agency environmentProven track record of delivering unique creative conceptsA comprehensive understanding of Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of After Effects or video editing software such as Premiere ProAbility to multitask and work to tight deadlinesSkills to work with others and help mentor more junior members of the teamBenefitsPension SchemeAnnual Company Bonus25 Days HolidayInnovation DayEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAway Days and lots of team socials Overall, this is an incredible opportunity as a driven midweight graphic designer to join an award-winning creative agency with a wealth of benefits and bonuses.
