Afinite is a leading IT Services Consultancy, who are passionate about developing and maintaining honest & collaborative working relationships with both our clients and our teams.We believe that our reputation for providing expert & pro-active IT support, comes from the passion of our people so we want to ensure that you are continually assisted throughout your career with us!Due to growth and progression within the business, we are now looking for a driven & client focussedMicrosoft Cloud Productivity Enablement Engineer to join our team!The purpose of the Microsoft Cloud Productivity Enablement Engineer is to understand the Microsoft Modern Workplace platform specifically including Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, Microsoft’s workforce engagement platform: Microsoft Viva as wellas Microsoft’s business application platforms – Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to enable the effective use of these technologies for both our own internal use and primarily for our clients.Dynamics 365 activity will be focussed around Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Business Central. Alongside this focus will be the understanding of the supporting technologies such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune).You will be responsible for:

• Development of the businesss Microsoft Productivity division by identifying features and benefits of the various productivity tools to allow the business to engage in consultancy projects with customers (both new & existing) to implement them to enablecollaboration.
• Able to identify project requirements and generate appropriate statements of work and work with supporting administration members to manage and deliver projects both internally and for clients
• Providing 1st class technical support to a variety of clients; answering support queries via telephone, email and servicedesk, escalating and communicating issues to the team as appropriate, to ensure consistancy of deivering a proactive response as issuesarise, identifing route causes efficiently and/or other opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Working pro-actively with team to effectively manage multiple open cases; respodning with agreed SLAs and managing responses effectively by taking ownership of workloads.
• Facilitating client site visits and Microsoft Teams meetings to support project work and deliver technical resolutions when required
• Identifying and suggesting creative process improvement and new ways of working internally and to clients as well as recommending changes to working practices to benefit all

• Be good at multitasking, problem-solving and collaboration skills. These are essential to success in this role.
• Have strong communications skills both verbal and written to enable you to resolve queries effectively
• Have the ability to work well under pressure and be resilient in order to provide a proactive & first class customer service, exceeding client expectations where possible
• Be commercially aware, making recommendations to customers on their requirements & understanding how this can support our cilents, our business & yourself with development opportunities
• A motivated and positive team player in order to support the delivery of positive results
