With over 1000 stores, theyre looking to increase their presence and become globally recognisedwith new stores and new customers.Theyre a brand where youll feel challenged, empowered, but also well looked after as one of their employees…*** Please note this role is an initial 12 Month FTC ***Are you passionate about optimising profit and sales through effective visual merchandising strategies Do you have a keen eye for space analysis and creating visually appealing store layouts If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!**Responsibilities**- Optimise profit and sales through the creation of effective merchandising plans.- Conduct thorough space analysis across specific categories to maximise efficiency and revenue.- Build comprehensive plans from inception to completion using the merchandising system.- Develop store layouts based on analysis and collaborate with the team for review and feedback.- Create visually appealing merchandising packs to effectively communicate store layouts and product placements.- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying merchandise planning, supply chain, and the operations teams to ensure successful implementation of specific merchandising/space briefs in stores.**Requirements**- Proven experience in micro space planning within a retail environment.- Proficiency in using merchandising systems and space planning software.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.Join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our retail success through strategic micro space planning and visual merchandising excellence!BBBH29608
