Job Description

  • Responsible for updating reports on sales, Goods due in and availability.
  • Preparing forecasts/delivery schedules and shipments
Client DetailsFrom Toys, Homeware, Cookshop, Candles to everything in between. This business have seen strong growth in the last 12 months selling into discount retail. Based in the Leeds area they are growing their Buying and Merchandise team with an additional Merchandiser.Description
  • Responsible for updating reports on sales, Goods due in and availability.
  • Preparing forecasts/delivery schedules and shipments
  • Analysing sales and stock data.
  • Creating reports to share with different departments and Directors.
  • Completing customer New Line forms and providing information where required.
  • Creating photo quotes for customers when required.
  • Collating information on Tariff codes/country of origin and freight costs for shipping goods.
  • Liaising with suppliers and customers when needed regarding orders.
  • Support the commercial team with comp shops, market updates etc.
  • Supporting the Commercial team with ad-hoc activities as required
Profile
  • Merchandise Assistant, Assistant Merchandiser or similar experience
  • Have strong excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
