We understand that people are unique, and we celebrate the differences of our residents and of our people.We have a highly unique role for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Business Partner to support the delivery and development of the highest quality Personal and Professional Mental Health and Wellbeing support, educations and information across the business to supportour ambition of being a great place to work.ResponsibilitiesResearch, plan, communicate and lead our new Mental Health and Wellbeing initiative with support from the Head Of Leadership Development.Use a range of blended learning solutions and relevant technology to support the design, implementation and evaluation of learning interventions tailored to all learning stylesWork collaboratively with team members, Subject Matter Experts and in partnership with wider business stakeholders to ensure all learning Interventions achieve required outcomesLiaise with Mental Health England and other relevant external bodies to launch and deliver Mental Health First Aid in Head Office then scale across the wider estate along with an effective support network and regular upskilling of all Mental Health First Aiders.Provide tailored support for Line Managers giving them the tools and skills to support their own Wellbeing and Mental Health as well as that of their Teams.Ensure learning materials and resources are kept up to date, are reflective of relevant company policy and procedure and are recorded and stored and accessible appropriately.Support the delivery of related subject matter such as stress and burnout, also EDI/ D&I, report back on R.O.I and measure success with a focus on continuous improvementDeliver learning interventions to support Menopause, EDI/ D&IKnowledge and Experience RequiredExperience in Learning & Development/ Organisational Development, Training / Talent Management/ Project Management, Coaching, Counselling, Mental Health First Aid/ Mental Health Instructor.Subject Matter ExpertRelevant qualification: AET L3 or above, CIPD L3 or above, PTLLS, Coaching, Teaching or Training, CounsellingTechnical skills including Microsoft Office 365, Power Point Design, Excel, Microsoft Forms.Track record of managing the Learning Life Cycle within a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and experience of delivering Behavioural Training, Mental Health, EDI up to Senior Leadership LevelSector/ Industry knowledge/ experience in Health & Social care/ NHSJuggling shifting priorities and managing change.Strong written & verbal communication skillsExcellent Facilitator - groups and 121 through face-to-face delivery, Public Speaking and Webinars.Experience in designing and delivering self- led learning solutionsUnderstanding of blended learning approaches and where to implement these to gain effective outcomesExperience of using Training Needs Analysis and delivering Return On InvestmentExperience of tight budget management and cost controlStrong organisational skills and time managementExperience in Facilitation and Delivery of standardised Management & Leadership theoryIn return,you will receive a competitive salary package plus:Simply Health – company funded, providing cashback for prescriptions, optical and dental costs 24/7 virtual GP access plus more for you and up to 4 children*Early Pay – Access to earned pay prior to paydayBenefits platform – discounts across multiple retailers, leisure providers, hospitality etc.Pension Scheme with NestPersonal car leases via salary sacrifice**25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHoliday Flex – purchase additional holiday**Flexible working patternsCycle to work scheme**Recommend a friendService recognitionTraining support and development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeWellbeing supportDiscounted gym membership*Benefits require completion of a 12-week probationary period before they can be accessed.**Benefit subject to deduction not taking colleague below National Living Wage
