Job Description

Our client are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager this will be a brand new role to the business so is looking for someone who is happy to undertake a stand alone role PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Engage the client database with relevant content and events to aid client retention
  • Put data at the heart of marketing activity to identify cross sell opportunities amongst existing clients
  • Create engaging content aimed at specific market segments that can be used to drive client referrals
  • Use social media to help target and nurture the right target audience to support both retention and referrals
  • Create seamless communications from onboarding to event registrations that are always effortless in the eyes of the client
  • Take forward the brand proposition For today and tomorrow’ that is delivered by protect it, grow it, pass it on
    • KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • CRM & Data analysis
  • Marketing campaigns & content creation
  • Social media management
  • Management & reporting
    • QUALITIES, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Have at least 5 years Senior Marketing Manager experience reporting into a senior management team or owner manager
  • Have a relevant marketing degree and or professional qualification
  • Worked extensively with CRM systems and ability to analyse, interpret and use data effectively to drive marketing activity
  • Have dealt with and managed relationships with marketing agencies
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience of using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, or Dotmailer
  • Can use basic design and video editing software to create engaging content within brand guidelines
  • Have experience of managing social media profiles for both the company and senior management teams
  • Analytical approach, with good attention to detail
  • Accurate and consistent in all areas especially in client facing material
  • Projecting a professional image in both appearance and attitude to provide quality client service
  • The ability to manage conflicting demands in a calm, friendly and non-judgmental manner
  • Able to maintain a positive can do’ attitude
  • A clear communicator with good written English who is comfortable with face-to-face and telephone interaction
  • Strong experience of all Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • To attend & contribute to regular update meetings
