My client is a dynamic and innovative independent festival company and I am seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This hybrid role requires you to work both in the office and remotely, in Leeds.As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating and managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing day-to-day operations related to the marketing department. You will be required to create and managecampaigns across all digital & traditional marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media. You will be expected to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in the independent festival or live music events industry. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as team-working abilities. You will be comfortableworking with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and be able to think strategically and creatively.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences* Create and manage campaigns across all digital & traditional marketing channels, including email, SEO/SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media* Manage day-to-day operations related to the marketing department* Analyse performance data and report to senior management* Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget* Work with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentTechnical Skills Required:* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the independent festival or live music events industry* Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to think strategically and creatively* Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office* Knowledge of online marketing tools and techniquesIf you have the skills and experience required, please apply for immediate consideration and interview.
