As we continue to grow, we are now looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications executive on a fulltime basis to join our team.This role will be based from home with irregular visits to our Head Office in WarringtonRole OverviewThe role holder will be responsible for supporting the Marcomms & Events Manager with revenue generating and operational engagement with customers - be they Parasol employees, Agencies, Accountancy (PSC) contractors or partners across the broader marketplace.Main Duties Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of promotions and campaigns to educate and inform customer segments about important service updates and key marketing campaign messages.
• Production of comms via email, web portal banners, portal notifications, SMS and other channels as required.
• Support for awards*, events**, exhibitions, and corporate entertainment for relevant customer audiences.
• Support in the creation and delivery of content as required.

• Working closely with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to understand messaging, communicate campaigns and share ideas around future marketing input.
• Reporting and curation of detailed campaign and email analysis/insight.

• ** Please note, this includes events that we attend with partners e.g. National Freelancers Day with IPSE etc

The Person

• A team player, with a collaborative mindset, always helping out where required.
• Ability to work unsupervised whilst still delivering on workload.
• Has strong, process-driven, organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of seniority.
• Has excellent creative skill with the ability to creatively brainstorm tasks and ideas.
• Demonstrates commitment to high professional ethical standards and workplace diversity
• Previous experience of working on multi-channel campaigns
• Previous experience of using email marketing system
• Strong organisational skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Marketing qualification.
