On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for an exciting Marketing Executive role who will help to drive forward the marketing activities for a fast-growing technology platform.You will be supporting the Marketing Manager and working collaboratively with the wider marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity for you to expand your knowledge of marketing and get involved in a diverse range of projects and campaigns.Salary: Circa 35kHybrid working: 3 days office (Leeds) and 2 days at home. Must be based in Leeds due to the nature of the role.Research• Help measure the brand performance, reputation and awareness of our regions.• Carry out regular competitor analysis of their product launches and public relations activity.• Monitor and measure social media activity and passenger reviews across our digital footprintMarketing Planning• Support the regional teams and Marketing Manager in planning hyperlocal marketing activities, to align and amplify our strategy for growth.• Manage pools of data for to create segmented cohorts for extraction in use of campaign targeting.• Brief creative designers and coordinate with print suppliers for physical and printed brand touch pointsCampaign Delivery• Support the Marketing Manager to execute our regional marketing campaigns.• Work closely with the marketing team and Regional Business Directors to create and execute marketing campaigns across physical, digital and printed collateral to drive our growth plans. (OOH billboards, events, PR, web, app, socials media etc.)• Execute time sensitive hyperlocal marketing plans aligned with business priorities (major events, partnerships, seasonal moments, publicity and brand reputation etc.).• Support other marketing team members on projects and campaigns across multiple regional brandsReporting• Support the Marketing Manager to measure our marketing activities to understand what works and where improvements can be made.• Produce timely reports on passenger experiences, brand reputation, social media activity and passenger reviews to enable the business to understand critical path for continuous improvement.• Produce regular reports on competitor activity and our own PR activity.Experience required:• Demonstrate a passion for marketing and be one of our brand champions.• Be a strong team player with a positive, “can do” attitude.• Adopt a customer-first mind-set and approach to problem solving.• Comfortable with interpreting numbers when making data-driven marketing decisions.• Have experience in planning, scheduling and executing Social Media advertising across multiple platforms.• Deliver a high level of written and verbal communication skills.• Be highly organised with excellent time management skill and the ability to work across multiple projects at once.• Be able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.• Comfortable working in a multi-stakeholder environment.
