Job Description

Marketing CoordinatorSalary £25,500 - £30,000 FTE depending on experience performance related bonus + benefitsLeeds City Centre LS1Full and part time position availableMarketing Coordinator for one of the UKs leading fashion and interior fabrics and wallcovering brands.James Hare is home to the very best in furnishing and fashion fabrics from around the world. Since 1865, the Hare family have specialised in the distribution of luxurious materials and wallcoverings in particular silk, supplying many of the leading internationalfashion and interior designers.You should have a strong background in marketing, a keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic, hardworking, and energetic approach to work. You will report to the Creative Director and will need to have a profile of working for luxury brands and experiencein the interior design trade is preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business going through an exciting phase of growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for the planning and delivery of the marketing plan.
  • To be present at marketing meetings held monthly with the Creative Director
  • Develop and design print marketing material.
  • To liaise and negotiate with suppliers regarding the production of marketing material including fabric sample books and the new collections.
  • Update the website with copy and images
  • Responsible for the planning and delivery of social media
  • Responsible for the organisation of trade shows and photoshoots
  • Ensuring all marketing is delivered on schedule.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Highly organised and currently working in marketing.
  • Marketing experience with a leading luxury brand, preferably in the interior trade.
  • Experience with planning, designing and delivering digital marketing campaigns for social media and emails.
  • A good working knowledge of Indesign, Photoshop and CMS
  • An understanding of budgets, brand consistency and the luxury market
  • The ability to project manage, forward plan, and deliver on deadlines
  • Innovative with a keen eye for detail and understanding of brand consistency
  • Strong design and highly creative with a passion for product
