Engaging our consumers you will monitor market trends and assist with core strategies, and use social media as a tool to attract new customers.You will ensurethe Derwent Student brand is at the forefront of all stakeholders minds in the supply and delivery of great student accommodation, you will continuously look to improve and develop the positioning both on and off line in the market place.We are currently trialling hybrid working, so you will be able to split your time between home and the office in Leeds. For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youYou will have already possess a track record delivering marketing campaigns, from traditional, digital through to social. You will be pragmatic and be able to provide critical and appropriate challenge to managers to ensure they get the best advice and approachto marketing. It would be advantageous if you had experience in delivering a brand or rebrand project, although this isnt essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, are essential as well as the ability to build relationships and stakeholdermanagement.The ideal candidate will have strong all round marketing experience, especially planning and delivering multi-channel digital communication and marketing campaigns.
