Key responsibilities as Marketing Analyst:Marketing channel performance
  • Reviewing marketing channel performance harnessing GA4 (Google Analytics 4), working with data agency to deliver reporting dashboards.
  • Reporting back to the marketing team on the performance of campaigns and highlighting areas of opportunity
  • Day-to-day oversight of tracking, ensuring data tracking is in place and pulling through correctly.
Customer & business insight
  • Identifying trends across our business and within the wider market by analysing multiple data sources.
  • Manage the day-to-day ‘Voice of the Customer’ reporting, which will help us better understand what our customers like and where we can improve.
  • Help in the creation of standardised insight reports, using both qualitative and quantitative data gathered from a variety of sources.
Market
  • Provide regular research on our markets, products, and competitors to help us remain a market leader and drive positive business performance.
