Job Description

Job AdvertDo you have a passion for working with data to solve problems Have you ever worked with market or spatial dataThen we have an exciting opportunity in the Business Intelligence - Geospatial and Market Team!As a Market Data and Systems Coordinator, you will support and assist with all aspects of market data management for the Geospatial and Market team and wider business. The core of this role involves monitoring of competitor activity and all associated administrativeresponsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring competitor activity and maintain a competitor database using specialist tools such as ArcGIS
  • Process incoming data for competition, demographics, geospatial and all other sources and load into the relevant database
  • Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies using data cleansing techniques and update where necessary
  • Run and maintain weekly and monthly data update processes for use in dashboards & reports
  • Support with ad-hoc data requests and insight workstreams, working with teams across the business
  • Creation of Power BI dashboards, reports and tools to support the business through self-service data & analytics
  • Generate and review documentation of datasets owned by the team - including a datadictionary and user guides
About You:
  • Understanding of data principles and management of datasets
  • Computer literate and a willingness to learn new systems and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Power BI and ArcGIS)
  • Meticulous and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and agile to changing priorities, evolving technologies and ways of working
  • Strong communication skills to ensure cross functional working
  • Be self-motivated and proactive approach, constantly learning to stay ahead of the curve
