We have a permanent position for a manual machinist for our client, an engineering manufacturer based in Leeds.Your role will involve working on manual machines, mainly lathes but they also have milling machines and a vertical borer. You will be servicing and repairing components and skimming shafts. Working straight days, with an early finish on a Friday, overtimeis available and paid at premium rates. You will be using an overhead crane for the larger components.In return you will receive a competitive package including 33 days holiday, generous pension, company bonus and free parking.Ideally you will hold an engineering NVQ level 3 or equivalent and will have previously worked as a manual machinist and be commutable to Leeds.Interested Please apply today.
