Job Description

Job AdvertAre you interested in delivering one of the largest retail transformation programmes in retail today Do you want to be part of shaping the high control standards and quality, dynamic, commercially minded, strategic Finance team of the FutureYou will be part of the Asda Finance transformation team that is setting the future direction of the financial systems, process, and organisational design to pave the way for our exciting future under new ownership.Your role:As part of the Finance Transformation team, you will be the product owner for the Goods Not For Resale (GNFR) Procurement systems and their deployment, including transition and change management. You will work very closely with the GNFR procurement team,Finance operations, other business partners and suppliers who utilise the systems. The core ERP tool for ASDA will be SAP S/4 Hana & ARIBA, complemented SAP Invoice Management by OpenText, Blackline and Service Now.This is a business wide change programme (Future) and therefore the role requires an individual who is confident in change and stakeholder management, is good at anticipating and cutting-through issues, can be decisive in decision-making and is resilient.Please note this is an 12-month maternity leave cover/ fixed term position, but a high percentage of our fixed term colleagues secure permanent opportunities along the way.About you:

  • Experience of working with SAP, preferably in the Retail sector
  • Experience working with ARIBA Guided Buying (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience working with a diverse mix of stakeholders (for example suppliers both domestically and overseas).
  • Demonstrate working on change initiatives/projects
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence others, make decisions and be resilient
