An exciting opportunity has arisen for a temporary to permanent role with a leading Leeds based employer for a MI Assistant to join the organisation. You need good IT ability and a strong interest in data analysis.The role will involve working with the Operational & Project teams to design, document and implement improved ways of working. You will also support with the implementation of new systems and processes.A key part of the role will focus on identifying opportunities for smarter ways of working, driving productivity and customer service improvements. As the MI Assistant you will work collaboratively across the business to deliver a variety of continuous improvement projects, business initiatives and support system and process change.You will need a good level of Excel knowledge including the use of macros and formulae, along with some evidence of practical experience in Visual Basic (VBA) , SQL, Alteryx, Power BI & Tableau with the willingness to learn more.You will be solution driven and possess the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly and have a thorough and methodical approach to your work. A strong interest in data analysis along with a passion for delivering great customer service is crucial. An enthusiastic and positive approach, with an ability to manage own workload, strong relationship building skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders from across the business will be highly advantageous.Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Home based but will return to Leeds city centre offices in due course. Starting salary £9.74 per hour rising to £10 per hour after 12 weeks. Required skills
