Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor - ImprovementsJob Title: Maintenance Supervisor Salary: Negotiable up to £48kLocation: LeedsSector / Industry: ChemicalJob Reference: LM2601LIm currently recruiting for an opportunity for someone experienced in managing a maintenance team to join a leading manufacturing business in Leeds. This is an exciting new addition to the team with a focus on improvements and planned maintenance.The main purpose of the role will be to manage a small team of engineers in relation to all planned maintenance on site and develop the PPM to be more effective..Package Details:

  • Up to £48,000
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday – day shifts - flexible
    • Key Responsibilities:
  • Putting in place PPM schedules
  • Keep levels of communication open with other maintenance departments and production departments to work on improvements
  • Maintenance of production machinery
  • Installations
  • Actively looking to find ways to reduce downtime
  • Staff management
    • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Qualification in engineering (any bias considered)
  • Experience of team management
  • Experience of PPM schedules and record keeping
  • Experience of working in a fast paced production business
