Job Description

Machine Operative- Coater/SlitterAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Machine Operative based in Leeds. The successful candidate will earn £20,000 per annum.Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility regarding the start time.Ideally from a manufacturing background youll be competent using machinery as here at PPL we manufacture our own paper, adhesive & liner constructionsWorking with a great team this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a successful company.Role Requirements

  • Ability to follow works instructions /SOPs.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to focus on the job.
  • Maintains good housekeeping standards.
  • Contribute to team working and efficient operations.
  • Basic PC literacy.
  • Stock control.
  • Applicants must be flexible in undertaking duties.
  • Use of fork lift and motorised pallet truck would be required but training will be given.
Role Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Setting up machines so they are ready to use.
  • Following established rules and procedures.
