Job Description

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a fast growing online retailer to recruit an experienced Logistics Coordinator.The business is a market leader in online retailing for consumer products and has enjoyed rapid growth over the past 2 years.The role of Logistics Coordinator will be based in their Leeds office although regular WFH is allowed. The role offers a salary between £28,000 and £35,000 plus benefits. This is a permanent, full-time position.Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for ensuring that agreed KPI targets and objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective inventory management through daily reconciliation by identifying and investigating any discrepancies with warehouses.
  • Root cause analysis to implement improvements to ensure discrepancies to not recur.
  • Oversee perpetual stock checks in warehouses.
  • First point of contact for any issues raised within Goods-In and liaise with the appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Be the main point of contact between the Goods-In & picking team at warehouse and the team .
  • Responsible for understanding and knowing the movement of pallets by the Put-away team on a regular basis .
  • Matching purchase orders raised with Delivery Notes.
  • Ensure deliveries and pick are processed FIFO.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining process of RF scanning in Warehouse,
  • Receipt of Goods, according to current Goods-In system and assist in process development of Netsuite.
  • Ensure stock quantities and stock placements are correct at all times and organised for ease of identification .
  • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies real time and report to the Logistics team for investigation.
  • Overseeing the processing, inventory management and rework of returned products.
    • Candidates applying should have strong supply chain / logistics experience ideally within a customer focused business. Required skills
