Youll have the ability to make sound engineering decisionsand will have good communication skills, written and oral.Adhere to health and safety and local safety policy requirements, and other safety and technical standards. Comply with all instructions, rules and regulations in forceMaintain, service, fault find and repair rolling stock in accordance with the approved maintenance plans as required by the local managerEnsure all relevant paperwork for examinations and repairs is correctly completed on time and to required company standardsYou will be physically fit and healthy, you will be required to undertake a NWR related medical and drugs & alcohol test which must be passed before any offer can be made, have a good sense of humour and be prepared to work outdoors where required.
