Salary: up to £27,000Hours: full time, minimum 4 days in the office (1 day wfh)Our client, a full service, progressive law firm based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join it’s friendly and supportive Employment department. You will be working alongside one other secretary and supporting a team of six. This isa fast-paced department. Your duties will include:- Audio typing using digital dictation- File opening- Managing workflow, inbox management, scheduling- Diary management- Liaising with clients via telephone, email, providing updates- Assisting with Billing- General administrationYou should have legal secretarial or strong legal administration experience, ideally within Employment law or Litigation.
