Legal PA LeedsUp to £35,000My Client a professional firm based in Leeds are looking to recruit a PA to join them. You will support two partners providing a high-level PA support. Awareness of their key priorities, clients and targets is essential to be able to effectively manage theirtime and commitments.Main duties: - Management of complex diaries with often conflicting priorities. Again, understanding the responsibilities of the partners and keeping up to date with any changes will help with effective management of their diary.-There is an element of client management where the PA will be the first port of call for client enquiries, when making appointments and dealing with any specific requirements. Interactions with clients must appear seamless as will dealing with any enquirieson behalf of the partners where possible.- Manage any actions that come out of the partners relationship manager review meetings. - Support partners with any specific firm wide initiatives or objectives they may be leading. - Proactively be on top of any client review meetings.- Arranging travel and accommodation through the firms travel system.- Telephone call handling and email inbox management for partners.- Attendance at internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow up. - Completing company credit card and cash expenses forms for the partners each month within the deadline.- Any general ad-hoc administrative tasks for partners and legal directors. - Ensure our partners have the IT support they need to fulfil their roles.Skills Required: - Previous PA experience of working in a law firm or other professional services environment.- A willingness to innovate and think laterally.- Good academic background educated to graduate level or equivalent professional experience.- High degree of initiative, pro-activity and practical problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to take ownership for the completion of tasks or projects.- A client focused approach with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and appropriate first drafts of short correspondence, documents and slide packs.If you are an experienced PA interested in this role, please apply ASAP!CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
