SearchDATA is currently recruiter for a Legal IT Trainer to join one of our clients based in Leeds.They are a Specialist Defendant Insurance Practice with offices in London, Chelmsford, Taunton, Halifax, Bromley, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Evesham, Liverpool and Edinburgh. The firm works with Insurance Companies, Corporate and Public Sector Clients and the Lloyds market. For this role, you will be mainly involved in delivering Case Management System Training to employees.You will also be involved in assisting the L&D Manager with the administration tasks, including updating training materials producing short guides and help cards to assist employees and assisting with team project work where required.The ideal candidate for this role must have knowledge of litigation processes and of a legal case management system. You will have strong presentation and organisational skills and be familiar with the Microsoft Suite, particularly Outlook (v.2016/Office 365). Delivering training on Excel and SharePoint also an advantage. It is critical that you are able to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority within the firm.We are looking for a flexible, pro-active team player who is able to inspire and motivate staff, enjoys working under pressure to strict deadlines and has excellent attention to detail.This role is part time, you will be working Monday - Wednesday: 08:30 - 16:30. You do not need to be Leeds based, the training will be delivered online primarily, but there may be occasional travel involved to deliver training in Leeds or at other offices.Salary - £30k pro rata.
